Ray Hodges, Sr., CRFP, Brinker International, Inc.

Ray Hodges, Sr., CRFP began his career in the industry as a commercial plumbing account manager for ARS/Rescue Rooter for nine years before moving to Total Group. In that role, Ray spent 11 years as a general manager and commercial account manager in Nashville where he started and oversaw the companies' restaurant services division. Currently, Ray serves as a regional facilities manager for Brinker International where he has been for seven years. During that time, Ray has supported Brinker's Chili's and Maggiano's concepts. For the past two years, he has focused primarily on his Maggiano's locations. Ray earned his CRFP in 2016, and completed the Leadership RFMA program in 2023. Ray and his wife are Tennessee Titan ticket holders for 22 years and counting, and look forward to football season every year.
