Who are Young Professionals?
This group is for RFMA members between the ages of 21 to 40 years old and/or emerging professionals who are in their first 3 years of employment.

Our Mission: To foster the growth and confidence of young professionals within the facility management industry. 

Our Purpose: To encourage networking between young professionals and to increase their knowledge of Restaurant Facility Management.

How can I join Young Professionals?

Once you have joined the YP SocialLink group you will be able to post on the news feed, share articles, ask your peers questions through forum discussion and utilize this space for networking. *Remember you must be logged into the website to view the group page.

Young Professionals Mentorship Program
Overview: This program was created to help YP members connect, learn industry trends and gain knowledge and insight from seasoned professionals in the field. 

Mentor: A RFMA member who is an experienced seasoned industry professional. The Mentor will provide direction and coaching to promote success in the mentee's professional career. Synonyms: advisor, guide, consultant, confidant, trainer, teacher, instructor

Mentee: A YP member who is looking to grow in their career and take guidance from an experienced RFMA industry professional. 

Time Frame: May through September
Commitment: Minimum of 9 hours of mentor/mentee time
RFMA understands that mentoring is a two-way street and each participant must put forth the same amount of effort and time for the program to be successful.
