RECRUIT or REFER a new RFMA Restaurant member between November 1, 2024 - February 1, 2025 and get rewarded through monthly gift card drawings and recognition.
Two Ways to Participate in our Member-Get-A-Member Campaign
1. Recruit! You become a part of RFMA's recruiting team and share, promote and recruit a new Restaurant member. RFMA will provide resources, tips and incentives to help you recruit our next member!
2. Refer! Complete our easy online form below to let us know who you think would be a great new RFMA Restaurant member. Once the form is completed, the RFMA membership team will reach out to the prospect and share RFMA resources, events and incentives.
Marketing Tips and Best Practices for Recruiting a New Member
- Brainstorm and target restaurant facilities professionals you think would benefit from being a RFMA member such as restaurant facilities professionals who are looking to equip and enhance within the industry and within their career.
- Spread the Word! Word of mouth is key in recruiting. Consider posting on LinkedIn your RFMA membership testimonial. Make sure to tag RFMA within your post by using @Restaurant Facility Management Association.
- Share RFMA's membership brochure with a prospect. Our brochure features RFMA member benefits and resources you receive when you become a RFMA member.
- Promote an upcoming RFMA event, RFMA-U webinar or Peer to Peer/Partner Call that the prospect might be interested in. Our RFMA events cover a variety of restaurant facilities topics. See what RFMA events are coming up by visiting RFMA's Event Calendar.
- Invite the prospect to register and attend our RFMA 2025 Annual Conference, February 11-13, 2025 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Share our RFMA 2025 Attendee Prospectus.

- November 30: Registration Deadline to be entered in our 3-Free Night Stay Giveaway for Restaurant Attendees
- December 15: Early Bird Registration & RFMA 2025 Scholarship Deadline for Restaurant Attendees
- February 11-13: RFMA 2025 Annual Conference at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas
Program & Recruiter Rewards
- Entered in Monthly Drawing: For every new restaurant member you get to join, you will be entered in a monthly drawing for a $100 Visa Gift Card and RFMA swag item. Monthly winner will be highlighted in RFMA’s Dish newsletter.
- Overall winner: Winner announced and celebrated on social media, and highlighted in Facilitator's April/May issue.
Programs Rules & Eligibility
- Member-Get-A-Member Campaign is exclusively for NEW RFMA Restaurant members that join RFMA between November 1, 2024 through February 1, 2025.
- Rewards and recognition of the referral or recruitment effort will only be given to current RFMA members in good standing.
- New Restaurant members must meet the Restaurant Brand Professional Member Type requirements.
- You are officially credited when your name appears in the “Referred by” section of the RFMA Membership application or you referred someone to RFMA through the Membership Referral Form and the member joined.
