RFMA welcomes Teresa Foster, CAE as incoming Executive Director & CEO

RFMA is thrilled to welcome seasoned association professional, Teresa Foster, CAE, as the incoming executive director & CEO of RFMA. Foster comes to RFMA from BOMA Greater Dallas, where she has served as executive vice president since 2011. BOMA Greater Dallas represents the commercial real estate industry and establishes the industry standard of excellence in advocacy, education, networking, and community service for their industry and related service providers.
Prior to BOMA, Foster spent 20 years with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, serving as executive director of their Research & Education Foundation, as well as many other roles within NATA, from communications and marketing to ultimately, associate executive director.
Foster is a skilled writer and editor with extensive publishing history; significant experience in negotiating, closing, and maintaining high-profile sponsorship agreements; and solid program, legal, financial, and human resource management skills. Her extensive experience and notable skills are exactly what makes Foster the perfect fit for RFMA as she takes on this new role during these trying times for both the association industry and the restaurant industry that RFMA serves.
