The Restaurant Facility Management Association is excited to announce that applications are now open for RFMA's Mentorship Program. This 5-month program is exclusive to RFMA members and will help develop the essential skills needed in a facilities career while creating valuable connections within the RFMA community.
Mentorship Program Benefits include:
Exclusive Deep Dive education sessions from RFMA Leadership
-Power Session One: FM Project Profile Q&A
-Power Session Two: How to build a presentation to gain C-Suite buy-in
-Power Session Three: FM Project Profile Q&A
-Power Session Four: Scenario Based Virtual Roundtable
Mentees will build skills and a career path for future growth in restaurant facilities alongside a community of emerging professionals peers.
Mentors will be able to mentor a younger facilities professional and be able to help them grow and develop into a well-qualified restaurant facility professional.
Participants in the program will receive 3 CEU credits.
Mentorship Program Time Commitment:April-September; 6 hours of scheduled programming
RFMA understands that schedules are busy and your time is valuable. All meetings and education sessions for the RFMA Mentorship Program will be held via conference call and dates/times for these calls will be provided in advance.
