Join your fellow RFMA restaurant members on a Peer to Peer Call. These virtual roundtable calls will be on the first Thursday of each month and will discuss different topics. The calls will be facilitated by a Certified Restaurant Facility Professional. Peer to Peer calls can only be attended by RFMA restaurant members.

Join your fellow RFMA restaurant members on a Peer to Peer Call.

On the November call we will be discussing how the internet has opened up a world of information to the FM’s fingertips (smart phone) and how to look smart in seconds with google, as well as the many technologies such as RFID, EMS, lighting management, and remote monitoring of anything, that internet control offers to improve building and FM efficiency.

We will also look at the pros and cons of CMMS systems and open sharing of those with systems or those considering implementing a system to manage their facilities department.

In terms of Energy Management on the call we will have an open dialogue on what is Energy Management considered?; Does your company have a dedicated EM or department for this or is it on the FM teams?  

Roger will also being sharing about his role as Energy Manger for Panda Express and what that job (hat I wear) entails.
