Sustainability in Kitchen Design”

Sustainability, as defined by the dictionary, is the ability to be maintained at a certain level over time. In relation to KVS, Sustainability means a system that will be of great quality and will work as designed over a long period of time. The webinar will take a brief look back at the history of KVS in relation to hood design and theory. Then the focus will turn to design concepts used today for the end user/customer; these concepts will save money on both energy costs and operating costs. Finally, we will take a look at supporting technologies used in the design process.
