What is RFMA?

RFMA is a dynamic, organization that represents a group of facility professionals and vendor companies, dedicated to advancing industry awareness of restaurant facility management and sharing information to improve job effectiveness. RFMA is the only non-profit association in the country that specifically concentrates on restaurant facilities management and we would like to invite you to become a part of this fast growing group.

CRFP –Certification Program
In keeping with RFMA's mission statement, "To advance industry awareness of restaurant facility management, while promoting professional and ethical standards to serve the customer with added value”, RFMA has developed a certification program which provides access to the first restaurant facilities management professional designation. This certification program was developed by RFMA to provide restaurant facility professionals with a designation that will prove their abilities and demonstrate their commitment to achieving excellence within the restaurant industry. Online Learning- CRFP Prep Exam Course

We are very excited to announce the launch of our CRFP Prep Exam Course. This course contains 14 different online learning modules that will help you both study for your CRFP, as well as, learn more about restaurant facility management. RFMA-U Online - Webinars
These web-based seminars will help as you continue your facility management education, enhancing your knowledge base and making you a better all-around facility manager. RFMA Annual Conference

Our National Conference provides a comprehensive education program for attendees and an exhibit floor with a variety of vendors. RFMA 2015 was held on February 1-3rd at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. Over 1400 people attended RFMA 2015's excellent education sessions and vast exhibit floor filled with lots of great vendor service providers.

RFMA 2016 will be held in Nashville, TN, March 13-15th and registration from RFMA 2016 in Nashville will open up later this summer.

InSite, RFMA’s Exclusive Social Community
InSite is RFMA's private online community, the online home of anything, everything, and everyone related to RFMA members. It is a place to swap industry insight, start a discussion or ask other professionals for input. This is your forum and it’s available to you online-all the time! Your profile will be created automatically when you join RFMA.

Facilitator, RFMA’s Own In-House Publication
Our official association magazine, Facilitator, offers an additional resource for articles, success stories and updates on trends and developments in the restaurant facilities industry.  It is published six times per year and it sent to all members free of charge. RFMA continues to add resources for our members in our online resource library. We archive all of our education sessions from our past conferences, white papers, industry links and also house all of our Facilitator issues and articles.

Females in Facilities
This group is organized by RFMA members and is dedicated to the empowerment and engagement of women within the RFMA community. The group's intent is to encourage members to communicate regularly, share industry best practices, offer support to females in the industry and discuss the unique challenges females encounter in the world of restaurant facility management.

How do I join RFMA?
