What is RFMA Gives?
Our industry gives us so much so we are giving back through RFMA Gives. With our first project completed in 2011, each year we select a charitable shelter or kitchen that’s in need of repairs or remodeling. We pool the talents and resources of RFMA members and share them with the chosen non-profit food service organization to make a significant difference in their ability to serve the community.

RFMA is excited and humbled to announce the completion of our RFMA Gives 2016 project at The Journey Home (TJH) in Murfreesboro, TN, outside Nashville. This facility is a faith based non-profit organization that serves the homeless, low-income, and marginalized citizens of Rutherford county. It utilizes practical day to day resources to build relationships with people in order for them to understand their value and enable them to become productive members of their community. They serve over 42,000 meals a year and would like to increase this number. Additionally they have two(2) large community gardens where they grow much of their own food during the growing season.
