RFMA's core purpose is to promote the advancement of the restaurant facility
management professional. In compliance with this goal we established a Resource
Committee in 2011.
The Resource Committee has been listening to the membership at large and
instituted planning of ongoing benchmarking surveys to provide data to our
members and become the preeminent resource for our membership and the
restaurant industry. Members stated benchmarking with other like-sized
restaurants is one of their most sought after tools.
This first survey is very broad stroked, but we plan to develop benchmarking
surveys in other areas you deem useful. The last question on this survey asks
what "You” would find valuable to benchmark in the future. Be sure to give
us your input!
