GOAL: To encourage current RFMA members to
recruit new restaurant members to join.
PRIZE: An APPLE iPad.
- 2nd, 3rd and
4th quarters of 2010.
- Three (3) Quarterly drawings to be
held on July 1, October 1, January 2.
- This campaign targets new restaurant
members only with no prior RFMA membership.
- Each new restaurant member who joins
will be asked on their application to identify who referred them to RFMA.In
addition, each new restaurant member will be sent a letter, asking them to
identify the RFMA member who encouraged them to join by faxing or emailing the
- From the online applications and
referral forms received, RFMA will track all recruitment activities.That is the
only way a member will receive credit.Phone calls or emails from the
recruiting member do not apply.They must be credited on the application or
referral form that comes directly from the new member.
- For the first new restaurant member
that a RFMA member recruits and is credited for, they will receive a $5
Starbucks gift card and a note informing them that are now entered in the
drawing to win an Apple iPad.
- For each additional restaurant member
that a RFMA member recruits and is credited for, he/she will receive an
additional entry into the drawing (but not an additional gift card).As you recruit more and more new members, your opportunity
to win in one of the quarterly drawings increases.
- All entries will remain in the
drawing for the duration of the campaign.
- The new member must join and be paid
in full by the last date of the quarter preceding the drawing in order for the
recruiting member to be entered in that quarter’s drawing.
- If the new member is referred by more
than one member, credit will be given to all members who are noted on the
application as "referred by.”
- All RFMA members in good standing are
eligible to participate.If the person who is credited for recruiting the new
member is not a current member at the time the new member joins, he/she is
ineligible to receive credit for the recruitment and will not be entered in the

you – Email a list your of
prospects with all contact information to Jennifer Moore at
firstname.lastname@example.org and RFMA will send membership information on your
behalf.But in order for you to receive credit when they join they must list you
as "referred by” on their application, so make contact with them yourself and
let them know information will be mailed to them.
