What You Need to Know Before Coming to RFMA 2016

How do I download?
To get the RFMA 2016 mobile app:
- iPhone and iPad users--search “RFMA 2016" on the Apple App Store.
- Android users--search “RFMA" on the Google Play Store.
- Blackberry, Windows, others--go to this address on your smart phones (omit www): https://rfma2016.gatherdigital.com

How do I log into the app?
The app is password protected.
Check your inbox for your login information for the RFMA 2016 app.
*The app will remember your login information after you log in once.

Onsite Registration: Badge Pick-up
All attendees who register by March 4th will receive a registration email with a bar code. Please print and bring this with you to the Registration area located in the Ryman Exhibit Hall C Foyer at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN. Having this bar code with you will speed up your processing and will allow you to use the self-registration scanners.
Registration Hours:
Sunday, March 13th from 7:00am-7:00pm
Monday, March 14th from 6:30am-6:00pm
*Remember you must have your badge to attend any RFMA 2016 events including the Opening Party.


RFMA Gives 5K at RFMA 2016
Join us at RFMA 2016 as we support RFMA Gives at our First Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk. Your complete registration fee of $40 will be donated to our next RFMA Gives project. Each registration includes a race t-shirt (while supplies last) and race number.
When: Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 8am
Where: RFMA 2016 at Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Presidential Portico

New Member Café in the RFMA Resource Lounge
New RFMA members join us at our New Member Café at the RFMA Resource Lounge. Network with other new RFMA members and learn how you can make the most of your RFMA membership and your time at RFMA 2016.
When: Sunday, March 13th from 1:30-3:30pm
Where: Resource Lounge located in the Presidential Lobby at the Gaylord Opryland

Daylight Savings Time during RFMA 2016
We want to remind our attendees that Daylight Savings Time will go into effect on Sunday, March 13th. Make sure to adjust your clocks Saturday night!

Golfing at RFMA 2016?
If you are registered for our Golf Tournament, transportation will depart from the Presidential Portico at the Gaylord Opryland at 6:30am on Sunday, March 13th. We will provide the coffee! The shotgun start is 8:00am at Gaylord Springs. You do not need to pick-up your badge prior to golf. Please be sure to be there with your clubs-unless you have pre-ordered rental clubs. Golf is currently full, but restaurant attendees interested in being put on the waitlist please contact Kim Sackett at ksackett@stratrgicconventions.com.

RFMA Goes Green
One important note to remember is that RFMA 2016 is a paperless conference. If you would like any handouts for the sessions you plan to attend, we invite you to visit our RFMA 2016 conference app or the Education Sessions Schedule on the conference website.

What to Wear at RFMA 2016
All conference activities are Business Casual dress, with the exception of the Closing Party, when jeans are acceptable. Dress comfortably and bring a light jacket even when indoors, as the meeting rooms and exhibit hall may be cool.Projected temperatures for this time of year are low 70’s during the day and mid-50’s during the evenings.
