What to Know Before You Go to RFMA 2015
Below is some key information that we would like to share with you before heading to RFMA 2015 in San Diego. If you have not logged on to our conference website, please visit www.rfmaannualconference.com to view the conference schedule, conference events, education sessions, exhibitor list, and to schedule exhibitor appointments.
Badge Pick-up/Onsite Registration
All attendees registered by January 16 will receive a registration email with a bar code. Please print and bring this with you to Registration in the Exhibit Hall A-B1 foyer at the San Diego Convention Center. Having this bar code with you will speed up your processing and will allow you to use the self-registration scanners.
Registration opens onsite at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 1st in the San Diego Convention Center and will close at 6:00 pm that day. There will also be a remote express registration area located in the Hilton Hotel on SUNDAY ONLY from 1:00 – 6:00 PM. This is for badge pick-up only but you can go to the convention center on Monday or Tuesday to pick up your registration bags and other conference materials. Please be sure to pick-up your badge prior to attending our Opening Big Game Party at Jolt’n Joe’s. You MUST have a badge to attend this event.

Get Fit at RFMA 2015 with the RFMA Fun Run and Yoga Class
For the non- golfers who will be in San Diego Sunday morning, February 1, RFMA is again offering a complimentary yoga class and fun run for conference attendees. These are two great ways to connect with other attendees and get your heart pumping!
8:00-9:00 AM Fun Run: Meet in the Main Lobby of the Hilton Hotel
9:30-10:30 AM Yoga: Indigo Terrace at the Hilton Hotel
Runners and walkers are welcome to join us for the Fun Run and beginners are welcomed at the Yoga class!

RFMA Gives Silent Auction at Opening Super Sunday Party
We are very excited about our 1st RFMA Gives Silent Auction that will be open during our Opening Super Sunday Party and in the RFMA Resource Lounge on Monday Feb. 2 from 9:15 to 11:15 AM. All the money raised will go directly to our next RFMA Gives project. We have some great items to bid on!

New Member Lounge at Super Sunday Party
New RFMA members are invited to come meet our RFMA staff and Board of Directors in the VIP Lounge area during our Super Sunday Party on the 2nd floor at Jolt’n Joe’s. Grab a “RFMA Newbie” button and discuss and gain insight from fellow RFMA members on how to make the most of your time at RFMA 2015 and as a RFMA member.
Bon Voyage Closing Party aboard The Hornblower Cruiseship
All Aboard for the Great Closing Party! The Hornblower is a world-class yacht, reserved exclusively for our enjoyment. We’ll stay at the dock most of the evening, but will enjoy a 1-hour cruise from 8:00-9:00 PM for lovely views of the Bay area as you say farewell to San Diego. Enjoy music, drinks and visit with old & new friends at the closing party! Check for signage regarding the docking location and transportation to the party!
Golfing at RFMA 2015?
Transportation for the golf tournament will depart from the Gull Street exit of the Hilton Bayfront at 6:15 AM on Sunday, February 1st. We will provide the coffee! The shotgun start is 7:30am at the Riverwalk Golf Course. You do not need to pick-up your badge prior to golf. Please be sure to be there with your clubs-unless you have pre-ordered rental clubs.
Golf is currently full, but restaurant attendees interested in being put on the waitlist please contact Kim Sackett at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RFMA 2015 Mobile App
Download RFMA 2015’s conference app to help you navigate through RFMA 2015! The app is password protected. Once you have downloaded the app, you will click on “Request a password” and enter the email you used to register for RFMA 2015. You will be emailed a password link to establish a password. The app will remember your login information after you log in once.

RFMA Goes Green
One important note to remember is that RFMA 2015 is a paperless conference. If you would like any handouts for the sessions you plan to attend, we invite you to visit our RFMA 2015 conference app or the Education Sessions Schedule on the conference website.
You will be able to give your feedback about all of our sessions through the RFMA 2015 mobile app. Your input is greatly appreciated.
We encourage Restaurant attendees to make appointments with exhibitors using the attendee service center on the conference website. You can search for specific exhibitors and message them to schedule appointments during any exhibit time.
What to Wear at RFMA 2015
All conference activities are Business Casual dress, with the exception of the opening party, when jeans are acceptable. Dress comfortably and bring a light jacket even when indoors, as the meeting rooms and exhibit hall may be cool.Projected temperatures for this time of year are low 70’s during the day and mid-50’s during the evenings. Please note that ALL hotels, even the Hilton, involve a walk OUTDOORS to get to the convention center.
