all of their needs. That is why we are very excited about the addition of
a new staff position, Facilities Resource Manager, created specifically to
serve as a resource for our restaurant members, as well as oversee the annual

OF THE JOB
Facilities Resource Manager position provides direction, leadership and
industry knowledge to develop strategies for executing educational programs,
benchmarking solutions and effective membership recruitment and retention
efforts. In addition, this position will manage the annual RFMA Gives project
and develop strategies for future growth.
STRUCTURE AND LOCATION:
will report directly to the Executive Director and will be located in the RFMA
office in Plano, Texas.
