Facilitator: Billy To, CRFP, Panda Restaurant Group
Billy To, CRFP is a Senior Facilities Manager at Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. and have worked in this field for over 7 years.  His current role is supporting/mentoring/coaching 2 Facilities Manager who oversee 1-2 regions each totaling over 240+ stores under his umbrella.  He will also be a part time student at Syracuse University studying for his master’s degree in business analytics starting this summer.
