RFMA 2018 Session Preview: Repair, Recover, Replace? Insights into Commercial Roofing Systems with Dan Conley and Jim Flickinger

Restaurant Facility Managers confronted with a problematic roof must decide whether to repair the existing roof, install a new roof over the old one, or remove and replace the existing roof? There are a number of different systems and materials to choose from, all of which have unique performance characteristics, warranty options, and price points. This session is designed to provide a hands-on exploration of various roofing materials and system components, as well as demonstrating common installation and repair techniques; all designed to help you navigate the question of repair, recover or replace.
