Facilitator: The importance of grease exhaust and fire safety

Never underestimate the speed and destructive capabilities of a grease fire. Grease burns at temperatures higher than 1,750 degrees Fahrenheit. Even if the fire does not start in a greaseladen exhaust system, once it reaches excess grease buildup, the destructive capabilities increase exponentially.
