New York, NY— Facilities Exchange announces the official launch of Fexa, their latest product for retail facilities management. The new software streamlines the process of facility maintenance by using artificial intelligence and customization to make cutting-edge technology effortless and accessible for location employees. The new software launches this Spring 2018 with sneak previews at the Restaurant Facility Management Association’s (RFMA) annual conference March 4-6, and full demonstrations at the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association’s (PRSM) annual conference, April 9-11.

This Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) promotes features such as a custom workflow that clients can configure on their own at no additional cost, and a seamless inbox so all messages and texts that are sent and received tie back to the work order, quote, invoice, etc. for easy access. Additionally, the CMMS features a web-like search box that allows users to type text in, like with any search engine, to quickly and easily find queries.
