DWM Facilities Maintenance Enhances Client Support

Erica Carpinello Promoted to Strategic Support Analyst 

 LATHAM, NY -  LATHAM, NY--DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of Erica Carpinello to Strategic Support analyst. In her new role, Carpinello will be responsible for supporting the Construction & Renovation Division through strategic reporting to ensure efficient completion of Construction & Renovation projects.

Carpinello joined the DWM team as a Customer Service Coordinator in 2014. Through her solutions-based mindset and organizational skills, Carpinello has established new processes and protocols that have resulted in on-time, on-budget project completions for DWM’s Construction & Renovation division.
