LATHAM, NY- DWM Facilities Maintenance was named a 2016 Top Work Place by the Times Union.The award recognizes companies with positive work environments, strong benefits packages, high employee retention rates, and overall employee engagement.
The Times Union partnered with Philadelphia-based WorkplaceDynamics, the employee survey firm, to determine the region's Top Workplaces rankings based on organizational health factors, job factors, and employee engagement.
