DWM Facilities Maintenance Launches Hera Crete 5.2.5

New CAFM Updates Include Technician Suggestions & New Project Management Platform

LATHAM, NY - DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the official launch of Hera Crete 5.2.5, a proprietary platform designed to create efficiencies through system intelligence and unrivaled client customization.

Version 5.2.5 focused primarily on enhancements to the DWM Construction & Renovation project management platform to increase efficiency and better manage rollouts and large-scale projects. Key features to the system include: 

  • Technician scheduling & location scheduling
  • Integrated inventory management system
  • Actionable dashboard
  • Predictive technician selection
  • Full integration with Hera on-site technician app
  • Increased integration with 3rd party platforms such as ServiceChannel and OfficeTrax
  • Improved automated technician management
  • Back-end features to create more transparency and allow better teamwork

“Hera was originally launched in 2004 as a way for DWM to streamline the workflow, create efficiencies, and become an industry-leader in technology,” said Brian Whitt, COO of DWM.  “This is the second major software release for DWM this year, and the first major overhaul to our projects system since 2008. Our team is continuously working to add system smarts to support efficiency and long-term cost-saving initiatives for our clients.”

The launch of Hera Crete 5.2.5 was the 2nd of a 5 part launch that will give this new added functionality to each department at DWM. The final sub-launch of Hera Crete is expected to be completed by December 2016.
