Posted By Administration, Tuesday, February 09, 2016

BROOKSVILLE, Fla., Feb. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RFS Founder Ron Wilhite announced today after 13 years as President, he is appointing Hal Bolter as his replacement. RFS, formerly known as Regions Facility Services, recently announced a nationwide rebrand and expansion of services in the restaurant renovation service industry.

Wilhite said, "I am pleased to announce Hal Bolter will be joining RFS as the company's new President. He will be responsible for the company's overall performance, growth, and brand in the marketplace.  Hal will manage the directors of Sales, Operations and Finance. I will stay actively engaged in the business in the role of CEO and expect to spend more time elevating the company's brand and equity into its new national footprint."

Bolter is a former U.S. Naval Ship Board Officer that served during Operation Desert Storm. He has a strong track record of successful business performance, having grown his own business from $4 million to $15 million, before selling it in the fall of 2015.

Bolter said, "RFS has established a great reputation with their best customers - a reputation that is rooted in dependability and integrity that creates life-long relationships, built on value.  I am really excited about working with this team to leverage that foundation for growth."

Wilhite added, "Bolter's track record of growing a multi-national business (Southeast US, Latin America and Caribbean) includes work in multiple markets:  Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and Pulp & Paper. With over 21 years of increasingly progressive roles and success in a military and industrial business environment, he has proven to be a visionary Leader who leads organizational process development, combined with the agility and speed to capitalize on an ever-changing market. "

"Hal will also focus on functional leadership development at RFS by leading teams through organizational change, developing new processes, implementing and utilizing divisions of labor, new systems & software, and various training techniques – ultimately gaining share in our unique business to business service model in the restaurant renovation industry," Wilhite said.

Hal has been married to wife Kristen for 26 years, is a native of Florida, and has six children:  Chelsea (23), Emily (22), Grady (19), Annie (14), Lucy (12), and Henry (9).  He has an engineering degree from Auburn University ('89) and will complete his Executive MBA from the University of Miami in December ('16).
