LATHAM, NY--DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of two employees to Customer Service Coordinator II positions. The promotions demonstrate the effort of DWM to recognize key employees for their dedication in providing clients with efficient and personalized solutions for all of their facilities maintenance needs.

John Kelly joined the DWM team in 2013. Through his account and trade specific knowledge, John has been able to establish troubleshooting protocols and improve service times to ensure cost-containment for DWM’s specialized in grease services at nearly 1,000 fast-food and QSRs across the country.
Jennifer Castillo, one of DWM’s bilingual service coordinators is a one-year veteran of the DWM Service Team. In the past year, she has proven herself to be diligent and efficient in providing timely, cost-effective solutions to DWM’s largest retail client. Castillo’s efforts have created significant efficiencies in Puerto Rico and other predominately Spanish-speaking areas.
