FAQ’s Conference Registration

What is my username?
-Your username was created by you when you completed your membership application or it is your 6 digit member ID number. If you aren’t sure what you set your username to be, please email Carly Wohlers at carly@rfmaonline.com.

When is the Early Bird Rate end?
-The early bird rate of $100.00 for restaurant members only ends December 15, 2012.

What does the registration fee include?
-The registration fee covers everything pertaining to the conference except your hotel stay and your downtime expenses.

I can’t find my registration conformation. How do I get a copy?
-Please contact Carly Wohlers and she will send you conformations. 972-805-0905 or carly@rfmaonline.com

I want to bring some of my team members to walk the floor but just for a day, not the entire time of the conference. Is this possible?
-No, we do not offer day passes. Each attendee must register in their correct category (restaurant, full delegate, or non-exhibiting vendor) and the registration can be done online, by mail, over the phone, or at the registration desk onsite.

I need to purchase additional party tickets, how do I do that?
-You can either log into the conference registration site or purchase the additional tickets, you can contact Jennifer Moore at 972-805-0905 or you can purchase the tickets on site.

I registered as a Non-Exhibiting Vendor; can I get on the exhibit floor?
-No, you cannot access the exhibit floor but you are welcome to attend all the education sessions, opening and closing parties as well as the general session.

Can I bring my boss as my guest to the conference?
-The guest cannot be a business associate of the attendee, or in any way affiliated with the restaurant facilities industry or any associated product or services industry. If a Guest is found to be an industry professional, the guest badge will be immediately confiscated and the related attendee will be subject to ethical review and punishment.

My boss registered me as a Full Delegate. What does that mean?
-Full Delegate is what the exhibitor attendees are known as. You are allowed access to the exhibit floor, the education sessions, the general session as well as the open and closing parties.

Do we wear our badge just during exhibit times?
-No, you must wear your badge at all times. All attendees must have a badge. Badges are scanned when entering the education sessions, checked for entry into the general session as well as the opening and closing parties.

Is there a lunch or dinner offered?
-Yes we offer a continental breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, a lunch during the exhibits time, refreshment breaks are offered in between sessions, and food will be available during the opening and closing parties.
